Have you ever seen what's in that stuff? Bleck! I've seen pics of happy meals that have sat out in the open on a counter for months and not changed a bit. If I do eat fast food, which is very rarely, I try to get what has the most nutritional value.

How much and what comes with the meal. I pick what I want to eat, and don't upsize or choose the current advertised special because it's supposedly such a great deal.

I order off the dollar menu. I usually only get a burger and small fries, and just drink my own bottles of water. Sometimes I get JimmyJohn's sandwiches delivered and I love them. Not too often. They don't have "meals" you just order a sandwich and some chips, but I only order a sandwich. I have to have my Vito with no cheese, no onion, easy on the condiments and added cucumbers. Yum.
