We baby-sit each other when we're sick. He prefers to sleep on the couch when he feels way too bad to be near me, but usually, we stick it out together.

If he`s really, really sick, he might make the choice to sleep on the couch, but we usually just take our chances.

Just last night I was curled up on the bed sick to my stomach, and he just held me and petted my hair until I felt well enough to get up.
Why would I kick him to the couch when he wouldn't do that to me?

I take my chances. Though, if they were really sick I might sleep in another room since I have a compromised immune system.

We're in an LDR for now, but in pretty much any relationship I would rather just take my chances.

I sleep on the couch so he can have a nice comfy bed but I'm also "on call" if he needs anything.

We take our chances. After all, there are doorknobs, toilet levers, counter tops, etc. that we each touch and to clean all this before using them to prevent getting sick???I will sleep in the same bed!!

Usually stay in bed, if I have to get up early and she's really sick, I'll sleep somewhere else so I can rest

If we're still living together or spending lots of time together, we're both gonna catch whatever it is anyways, no point sleeping alone. Plus we both love taking care of each other.

Most of the time we just take our chances, but if one of us is really bad a particular night, that night the sick one will probably sleep on the couch.

I'd go to another room, the sound of someone coughing and spluttering all night would keep me awake.
