I love this post. I completely agree!

I wouldn't say I want Lumen to die, but she is annoying. At least she's providing lots of drama and suspense! I've been totally on edge.

Quinn can suck a nut, and Deb is stupid for ... more
Okay, maybe her dying is a bit much, but she's going to get Dexter caught!

Love Deb, but she's is a complete moron when it comes to guys. It's painful to see her terrible decisions. She definitely has daddy issues.

Quinn really needs to die. He's a douche bag with no redeeming qualities. He only has it out for Dexter because Dex knows he's a crooked cop and will steal from crime scenes. Dokes, on the other hand, just had a gut feeling and he was right about it. He was also funny and likable.
Have you noticed Quinn's weight loss this season? He looks sickly, like he's been the one battling cancer instead of Michael C. Hall.

I don't know why I didn't see this earlier today. I'm thinking the same thing, she's going to get mortally wounded in the end and Dexter will become an island once more. She's a loose end and a guest star, she's has to die, like John Lithgow. The Trinity killer was so creepy. John Lithgow is an awesome actor. Julie Stiles, not so much. I think they purposely cast irritating females.

I loved it, but I'm not going to say anything about it because I'm sure some people haven't seen it yet.

Lol, same here. I would hate to ruin the surprise for anyone. It was definitely a good one, for those of you who haven't gotten to see it yet!

When you think about, Quinn is actually just doing his job as a cop. Sure, he's a bit of a dirty cop, but remember that Dexter is a killer.

I watched the first few episodes in this new season, and then kind of...decided to catch up on Weeds instead, lol! I'm with Kristi though on that Deb's mouth is like mine, she curses like a sailor and I love her for it.

I really disliked Rita..she was too 'softly softly' for Dex, even though we know about her past troubles and blah blah blah. Was glad to see her go and thought it was a fantastic end! Been loving the whole of season 4 & 5...with the UNFORGETTABLE Matsuka mime episode!

I am a little disappointed with Dexter, for the first time ever. It's getting too predictable, with only one episode left of the season, i don't see how it all will cram into one hour, unless they drag it out as a to be continued sort of thing...They've been great at throwing new twists and turns at ya, but n the end it seems like it's always the same.

I can't believe there's only one episode left this season. I might cry. I wonder what they're going to do with Julia Stiles! I can't imagine she'd be on the show for a really extended period of time, but then again I didn't think she'd be on it this long, so I could be wrong.

I don't see Lumen and Dexter living happily ever after, so I am predicting she gets killed by Jordan Chase in the last episode. Maybe it will even be something insane, like Jordan Chase will kill her Trinity style in Dexter and Rita's house (Jordan did mention being a fan of Trinity).

I have a feeling Lumen's gonna die tonight, but who knows. The writers have an uncanny ability to completely surprise the shit out of the audience. That would be really morbid and twisted if Lumen did die like that. I can't even begin to imagine what Dexter would do.

I would much rather watch Weeds instead of Dexter. I can't get into it or True Blood or any of the other shows that are super popular right now. I think it was True Blood where I saw them slop a vampire into a truck...it was the most vile thing I've ever seen and I laughed so loud. I don't think I can give Dexter the appropriate level of "edge of the seat" nail-biting-ness it seems to deserve when you hear fans talk of it.

I have a feeling that originally they had a storyline with Quinn that changed. It seemed like they were setting him up to go in one direction, and then midway he switched. Just a guess.

I started watching Dexter on Netflix and then I AM NOW a HUGE Dexter Fan. My friend even had a dexter party! We draped the rooms in plastic, threw some fake blood everywhere, had a blowup doll on the table and served some yummy appetizers off of it haha. It was fun

I just recently found Dexter on Netflix, we don't have cable so I knew nothing about it, but now I am HOOKED! I streamed the first 2 seasons & watched them in like 4 days & now I have the 3rd & 4th seasons on my "Q" but I am having withdrawls waiting for them to get here!

I hope Dexter comes back again soon! I identify with Dexter in the sense I lack alot of social abilities. The line from the final (I think?) episode of last season REALLY hit home for me 'They make it look so easy; connecting with another human being. It’s like no one told them it was the hardest thing in the world' felt so much like something I would say and accurately described my personality, although I'm working like mad changing that
