I am only referring here to kisses of affection. For example you kiss your children good night, or you kiss your mom hello. With my peers I tend to greet most of my friends with a kiss. My friends all do this too. Who do you kiss? If the only time you kiss your partner is during sexual encounters do not select them in this poll.

Kissing, to me, is a really intimate thing and it feels weird to do it to family members. So, in short, just my partner.

I am not into kissing a whole lot, I kiss my kids but I honestly have not kissed my mom in years. And of course I love kissing my man..

honestly I kiss people for different reasons my lover because well I love them my mom because shes my mom my dad same reason my nieces and nephews same thing

I have guy friends ill kiss kiss and girl friends the same thing


there are different levels of kissing I think and since im bisexual and very open with who i am i show it

I don't think I've ever kissed anyone in my family. It was only until last year that I'd shaken my dad's hand. For everyone else I'm more hesitant, but if pressed I'll kiss the hand of a woman I'm being introduced to. The only one I'd kiss frequently is my lover.

I meant to include siblings, but I forgot. I also meant to include "I dont like to kiss anyone." I should have specified on the cheek, but foreheads and top of the head work too. My brothers are both really tall and that's usally where they kiss me.

I grew up in a Hispanic household so kissing and hugging was very much the norm. I kiss my lovers, friends of the same and opposite gender, my family members (all of them) and if I have kids, I will kiss them too.

Kissing is such a sweet thing to do almost everyone, and it's sad that so many don't do it that often. It really shows love and closeness of a relationship in a way that hugging or handshakes can't.

I'm not really affectionate with people other than my fiance. I usually kiss my grandparents goodbye on the cheek, but it's expected for me to do so.

I think of kissing usually, as an intimate thing. As a teen, I would kiss my female friends. I don't go around just planting one on anybody. I only kiss my partner and the kids, until they reach a certain age. I kissed all the kids until they got about 5+ sometimes even younger. We have the 7 year old girl part time and she still kisses me on the cheek so I'll give her one on her cheek, but other than that the kids are too old for kisses except the 2 year old baby girl. She loves kisses! Besides that, I'm not free with my sugars.

It's funny. I'm Cuban so I get this whole kissing everyone thing.

That said... I find kissing on the cheek to be far less intimate than hugging. With hugging, your whole body is pressed up against someone. With kissing, and I find this to be absolutely true in the culture I grew up in, it's much less personal. The cheeks are pressed together often, but it's rare that lips touch skin.

I kiss lovers on the mouth passionately. I kiss my kids and some very close friends on the lips as pecks. I kiss my dad and sister on the cheek. Some of my friends I will kiss on the cheek, but only if I get the sense that they'd be OK with it.

I'll give hugs, but I'm fairly choosy as to who I will actually hug.
