Winter means it's cool enough to dress nice and not be covered with sweat! All my best clothes are "winter" clothes, I look better in them.
(My winter is 60 degrees F. Although I still dressed nicely while living up North because I wasn't sweating.)

If you're talking about outside, I always try to dress warm enough. But that doesn't mean you can't be stylish. Just put on a pair of thick leggings and some boots and that should keep you more than warm. Also, get a good jacket.

Growing up in a colder area during the winter, I grew to find a balance between looking cute in the winter and staying warm. Though it is hard when it gets obnoxiously cold, that's when I just want to wrap myself up like a warm walking burrito.

Our winters aren't cold either. I don't care about what I look like, I have no fashion sense at all and could care less. I have all the men in my life that I need so I don't need to attract attention to myself by looking sexy to get more.

No way. Besides, I find winter clothing adorable, and in general find more modest clothing attractive. Thick, oversized sweaters and hot cocoa are so cute.
