My favorite meal comes from a gourmet grocery store. There's no way I can make it myself right now, but I hope to learn in the future. Making home made food is filled with love.

Either home cooked or a good restaurant. With home cooked meals I know there is nothing I am allergic to in it. (It's a real problem, when you have life threatening food allergies, and often wait staff don't even KNOW what is in their food, and you end up getting sick or are afraid to eat your food. I'd say when I walk into a restaurant, at least 3/4 of the menu is off limits for me. And if they do asshole things like... put sour cream in the chicken salad, or shrimp in the egg rolls, I'm screwed and sick!) We never go to places like Ruby Tuesdays or Chilis or any place like that, because nearly everything on the menus is filled with cheese and milk and shrimp and things that will make me so sick. It isn't even worth going there.

My favorite home meal is beef tenderloin or steak with a loin, with a baked or mashed potato (made with NO milk, water is just fine) some tomatoes soaked in Balsamic and a green vegetable and maybe some rolls. MMMMM. English Pub Sauce (like HR sauce) on the steak or gravy on the tenderloin (that I make) is the best!

I love a good restaurant, but more often than not I like to cook at home because I can cook just about anything I would order in a restaurant AND can make it just like we like it!!!!

Homecooked food at mom's is so good! My mom makes the best homemade chili that's spicy and delicious! She also makes homemade chicken noodle soup and all kinds of yummy stuff.
