I love Lady Gaga but would probably not put her on my list of "Queen of Sexy". Bettie and Marilyn seemed too campy. A lot of celebs have sexy qualities about them. Susan Sarandon is really sexy...still. My BF is 29, he saw Helen Mirren and thought she was sexy, she's almost 70. Sexy is a way, understated, demure, subtle whatever. Emma Stone is on my list but I'd have to go with Sophia Loren.

In terms of beauty, I would vote for Marilyn Monroe, Audrey Hepburn, Christina Hendricks, or Bettie Page.
But I think the title of Queen of Sexy (for the modern era, at least) would have to go to the incomparable Mae West. She managed to be risque and sexy without being crass or tasteless, and she started her film career as a sex goddess when she was nearly 40. Her last few pictures were terrible, but that doesn't change the major impact she had on every sex symbol that followed her.

Bettie Page and/or Marilyn Monroe are great choices for the Queen of Sexy. I can't stand Angelina Jolie and her fishy lips and Lady Gaga has some interesting music, but I wouldn't call her sexy. I'm more for classic beauty over lack of clothes equaling sexiness.
