I noticed on the news today that there was a shooting in Colorado over the weekend. Some guy went into a theater where they were showing the new Batman movie and open fire. He killed several people including a child.

I was wondering what your thoughts are. His lawyers are trying to use "Not guilty by reason of mental illness or defect". Should he get off or do you think he should be found guilty?
