I have a tough skull so tht doesn't hurt. I like a good strong grip on the back of my skull rather then the top or sides because that can or ushally hurts. Not yanking, but running hands through and gripping tight I don't mind. However, if someone did this while I was giving oral...I would bite them...on purpose.
