How do you give yourself alone time?

I tend to go to my office, turn on music, and blog or write when I need alone time to think. My hubby on the other hand likes to get out of the house and go for a walk.

I don't usually like alone time. I'm kind of an attention whore. But when I do, I put in my earphones and bike, do yoga, or sleep.

I just go for a drive or sit by the window when I need alone time, or take a shower. I usually just ask for it and my boyfriend understands
