My partner and I have been living together for 6 months now and he is a total cover hog (though he claims he is not). It got me wondering who else has this problem.
So, who is the cover hog?

Usually I'm the culprit, but he'll steal them back from me and we tend to have tug-of-war sometimes. It depends on how hot or cold it is, really. I'm definitely worse, though

I'm usually the one that steals them, but I've improved quite a bit from when we were first married. Now I can roll over without taking the covers with me.

We both hog the covers. For that reason, we decided it was silly to sleep with the same blanket. We both now have separate blankets in the bed which makes sleeping *so* much more comfortable.

We don't usually have a problem because we focus on keeping each other warm more than anything else. And, admittedly, he actually makes a very good blanket. x3

We're both pretty good about sharing the covers. The only time I have a problem is when I go to bed later, and have to pull the part that should be on my side, out from under him.

I wake up constantly during the night to sleepily yell at him and yank my covers back. It's our tradition.

Hubbs hates covers because he's Mr. Self Heater. Of course, that means if he gets a hold of them at night, he throws them off and then *I* (Ms. Chihuahua) freeze to death.

He rolls over and wraps the covers around himself. I'm usually stuck with just the edge.

She hogs them pretty much every night and will even roll up into a bundle leaving me to usually get a different blanket for myself

We both hog the covers. I wake up half the time with barely any covers on me, and then I have to tug and pull and fight to get them back because he's completely out of it. Then sometimes it goes the other way and I steal them. I can't help it. I'm asleep.

I usually have a lot of the covers on me. I get cold very easily and he is usually too warm, so it works out fine.

He calls me tornado because I am literally wrapped (like a taquito? lol) in blankets when I wake up. I have to fight the bedsheets to get free. It's ridiculous, and I'm not really sure why I do this.

We actually resorted to each having our own comforter. We don't use a top sheet, just comforters. It works out great!

I have to have my own set of covers when I sleep in the same bed with someone else because I'll steal them all. Though, I usually end up throwing them off the bed at some point in the night

We're both quite guilty!
I woke up at some point during the night with like no covers and for some reason my bedroom is so much colder than the rest of the apartment. I'm guessing it's because the AC is built into the wall in there.
I'm not sure how cold it was last night but at noon today accuweather is reporting that the "real feel" is -4 Fahrenheit. I had a t-shirt and no pants on. Br!

He generally ends up taking them most of the time, but I get my fair share of cover taking in as well. I'm always impressed with the fact that he can roll towards me, and pull the blankets towards him at the same time, lol
