I'm fine with what's available out there. I did see a guy selling a massager wand made of Obsidian, it looked exactly like a dildo and was really beautiful with a rich black sheen, but I'm not sure how safe it is to use it internally.

Silver would tarnish, so a big no to that. Gold can get dirty pretty easily, so no again.
When it comes to dildos, I'm thinking maybe rose quartz for fanciness, or pure silicone for its high grade safety.

Silicone and glass/medal would be fine. I wouldn't blow money on sex toys. Depending on the amount would dictate where the money got spent.

I'd probably stick with silicone or glass. A toy made from precious materials would probably just sit on a shelf and be admired, but as ToyGeek said, there are better ways to spend money that help others.
