hardly ever. We are not much of a toy couple. Def looking into a tilt pillow though : D That just seems like it make things easier

As for us-it is about 1 a week on average. We get a package but not everything gets opened right away.

Every 6 months or so. Bf isn't as big a fan as I am so they are usually just for me and for me, I don't keep count

Generally don't add to the collection every month. More often then not, make a bulk purchase of 5-8 toys every 3-4 months. Running out of room and need more storage
