I started wearing thongs because I know it turns my hubby on knowing I am wearing one (sometimes NOT wearing one..but that is another topic)under my cloths. However, I simply find NONE of them comfortable. I KNOW some of my younger work partners wear them all the time. What is YOUR take ladies?

I have found some that are actually comfortable (it takes a lot of shopping around) and as long as it's a comfortable thong, it can be really fun & sexy. But an uncomfortable thong is just a drag. No doubt about that.

I've never found one that's comfortable enough. If my hubby wanted me to wear one, I wouldn't have a problem if it were for a short amount of time.

I'm aging myself here, but I remember when thongs were
something you wore on your feet. When our girls were teens, it took them a
long time to train me to call those flip-flops.

I can't stand feeling the perpetual wedgie up my crack. I've worn one a few times before because an ex of mine liked them but I found myself sneaking off to go pull the wedgie out. I'm so glad my partner now doesn't like them because I'd be miserable. Full coverage please!

I find them so uncomfortable. I am much happier getting lacy boy shorts if i want sexy panties. if its panty lines I am worried about I would sooner go without than have to deal with a thong

I wear them mostly for work because I don't want panty lines showing through my dress pants. My boyfriend thinks they're very sexy so I wear them for him sometimes as well, but if it's just me on my own and not at work, I rarely wear thongs.

For me, underwear, unless it's worn during sex for fun, like crotchless panties and such, is to protect my clothes from my body and to protect my body from seams in my clothes, dirt and bacteria and prickly things on public and private furniture, and to keep me dry and clean. IMO, thongs eliminate the very reason for wearing underwear. Also, as I have a lot of yeast infections, butt floss is a very bad idea for women like me. (As I'm a nurse, and have a good education about body hygiene, I'm not blowing smoke up anyone's butt about this. Thongs are AWFUL for yeast infection prone women. They are like a wick for rectal bacteria right into the genitals.)

I also think thongs are terribly uncomfortable and refuse to wear them. My Man also thinks they are silly.

What other people wear is their business, but I have no desire to wear string in my ass.

I also wonder what women who wear thongs often do when they get a "surprise" period? Doesn't it ruin their clothes? You can always clean or discard ruined panties, but if the blood gets on your skirt, it's pretty much a loss. I'll take my chance with panty lines. Who cares?

I find thongs and g-strings more comfortable than full booty panties. With that being said I do own a few that aren't as comfortable as others because of the size and or fabric. If they are even a smidgen too small they ride up my crack and it annoys the hell out of and the lacy ones are for short time only they tend to irritate my skin.

The only time I don't wear a thong is when I'm on my period, which conveniently, always seems to send off some sort of sixth sense signal letting me know to head to the bathroom before any actually gets on my panties.

I honestly prefer boy shorts/hipsters, but I only own a few pairs and my SO despises them and calls them granny panties .

I wear them occasionally and don't mind them a bit. I like the ones with just a string or ribbon-like band in the back, the ones with a good bit of fabric get itchy. I usually do thongs or commando.

I used to love to wear thongs all the time. Now i dont wear them because after my c sections it just doesn't cover me enough. But there are plenty of different thongs out there that are made with different material that might make you feel more comfortable wearing them.

I really have never been bothered by thongs. I don't know why. I only wear them once in a while, though. Like if I want to prevent panty lines. I think it's funny, my boyfriend used to hate thongs on women, until he saw me in one. He has a thing for my butt.

My beloved loves wearing thongs, and I love watching her wear them.

On top of that, there is something incredibly sexy about going out on a date and seeing a little flash of her lingerie on private. The torment of waiting to get home is maddening.
