You missed out allowing for an "other". For our once in a while "oddball" play, we sometimes do a "pile-driver". I lean off the edge of the couch, backward, so I am laying on my back on the floor, my hips held high by the front of the couch, and my tush and pussy pointed straight up and the ceiling. he stands astride me and kind of points his penis down (he doesn't really bend that way, so he has to lean forward on a chair, in our case), but he then penetrates me vaginally or anally straight down and can "pile-drive" in and out. Funny, that is my favorite position for anal or vaginal play. We can look each other in the eye and play with each other with hands too. Also, a reach and kiss work that way and few others too.
