I've been trying to request products to review but I keep getting 'reason needed' on products that only have one review on them, or no reviews at all. This is frankly getting frustrating, especially since I can't find anything on if the review limit has been changed or not. Is this just a glitch or is there an actual change that hasn't been mentioned yet?

                    Has the review limit changed?

Don't give up! Using the product search feature in the Review portion of your dashboard, is the best way to go about things. I usually start on the very last page and see if there's anything I'm interested in and go from there.
If you're requesting lingerie, only one admin assigned review is allowed on that item. The review may be pending in the system so, it won't show on the site. If you're requesting toys, three admin assigned reviews are allowed, and those reviews may be pending and unpublished.

A great way to get to the bottom of this would be to contact one of us directly, with examples so that we can give you an exact reason.

This message also might pop up if there's reviews in the works, right?
