My student has sent a review a few times and it is not showing up as submitted to editor--all I get is her draft. We have a support ticket, but was hoping you would have some advice we could try to make this work out and solve the problem.
Mentors--have you had problems getting your student's review to come through for editing and publishing?

I've had that issue a few times before. Usually it ends up being that the student is hitting save to draft rather than submit to mentor. Are you sure she's hitting the right button?
