Hi, I was wondering if you buy out an item for review and get the 30% off, does that stack on top of any sales going on or replace them? Thanks!

No it doesn't stack. The buyout discount would override what other discount there was.

Discounts do not stack on orders and the highest discount cancels the lowest.
