Why are there ony a few manufactured offered products to review?

I went and searched for free manufactured sponsored products and currently there are only 11 products. I did this search with no price specified and with the review section not specified and only 11 items were shown. Why is this?

The manufacturer sponsored reviews tend to be mostly for brand new products. There are many, many more Eden sponsored products available.
