I'd say Crystal Anos or Icicles. Both of those have some bulges for interest and can be manipulated. The Metal Works is shorter and might be harder to thrust, and the Squiggle Pleasure is PVC (not as safe) and probably to flimsy to thrust with.

Other things to look at:

Tantus Ripple and Ripple large for a soft toy, also the G-Force wand.

Avoid the squiggle. It is made of porous vinyl (harbors bacteria). Go for glass or metal instead.
