The PicoBong Tano has the smallest diameter out of these and would probably be easiest to handle as a beginner.

If you think you might not like it as an anal plug I would suggest to get the Booty Call. to use more as a regular vibe. I've read reviews about the PicoBong Tano and from what I read the vibes are only changeable if you remove the toy while in use. I don't know anything about the Risque but I would think if you want something where you could change the vibes without removing the toy.

Also keep in mind if you're going to use it vaginally to use a condom. The Risque is Plastic/Silicone and I'm not sure about the sterilization of it, that's something else to look into

Just so you know, I started with the Meteorite as my first anal toy, its 100% silicone and right now $39.99 but I felt it worth the price because of the safety rating.

Like others, I like the picobong best. However, since vibrating anal plugs are more expensive, have you considered a cheaper silicone or glass plug to start? Tano doesn't look like it would be good for anything other than anal.
