I guess the next question would be what are you looking for? Hands free use, meaning you don't have to touch it or are you looking for a hands free orgasm as in no stimulation to your penis?
The Aneros line 'sounds' like they are better for hands free use. But almost all say that it can take time. I have the Helix and it does what it is supposed to do, hands free, and get the 'milking' easy enough. I have had mine for four months and have not even come close. I guess if I had to buy just one it would be the Progasm, just based on the size but I have not tried it yet. I just think that it will provide more pressure.
As far as the other I have found that a dildo with a curve provides better stimulation and will get me there faster with better results. Plus the wife really likes to use it on me and that is a big turn on for me. Win Win.

I have Bent Graduate Glass dildo . of course, PROGASM provides better stimulation. but its movement is less than HELIX.I need hands free stimulator during intercourse .

Note that the Aneros line is designed so that size does not necessarily mean stimulation. Unfortunately I have only tried the large Aneros (Progasm), but have heard that the smaller ones give plenty of prostate stimulation as well. The one definite thing I have heard about the two smaller Aneroses is that the flat perineum tab seems to irritate people much more often than the rounded balls of the Progasm.

Aneros is good for only Aneros users . I heard often that many users didn't like Aneros

It takes some time to learn how to use an Aneros, and the sensations are very focused on the prostate and gentle. To get a feel if you might like an Aneros put a single finger in your rectum and gently stimulate the prostate while trying not to stimulate the anus - that will be kind of like the sensation you get from using the Aneros.

As far as vibrators go I have mixed experience with them anally. They seem to start really strong and stay that way for a while but the vibrations soon kill the sensations. But other people do not seem to have a problem with the vibrations and get off with them. Just a different flavor.
I have the helix, progasm, and eupho. The smallest of the three, the eupho, is my favorite. But the Pure Plug 2.0 and the Njoy wand are my all time favorites.

A couple of things. First of all, the different massagers of the Aneros line are all quite a bit different as far as the sensations they create. I have all but the progasm (I will pick this up at some point though), and I like them all. I would have to say that the Eupho is probably my favorite, but then again, everytime I have 2 hours worth of orgasms with a given model, I swear that it's my favorite. As far as price is concerned, you can find great deals on Ebay. I've gotten most of my Aneros toys from ebay at deep discounts. I got my Helix there for $20, and the same for my Eupho. It is true that the P-tabs on the Aneroses other than the progasm are probably not optimal. You can modify these though. One thing you can do is put a small folded kleenex under the Ptab. You can also stretch a rubber medicine dropper cap over it. I've done both, and they provide a much better base than the ptab provided

I have to say that I would add the Nexus Excel to this list. I haven't tried any of their other massagers, but the Excel is one of the best I have tried, and I would imagine that their other offerings are similarly well designed as is the Aneros line of toys, which I have found to be consistently good. I think that if you're a beginner that is looking to see some progress fast, I wouldn't hesitate recommending the Excel, because it provides such direct contact with the Pspot.

It's a tough call... as with most P-spot toys it has a lot to do with whether or not that toy fits the individual anatomy. If it were me though I would go with the progasm because I like a little more filling feeling.
