Colt and Juli are both better than Wendy for materials safety reasons. However, I chose "other" because I vote that you should spend a little bit more for a small and medium silicone plug rather than depending on a rubber toy.

Maybe check out the Mood Naughty Plug. It comes in small, medium, and large. Plus it is silicone and all three sizes have great reviews so far!!

Go for glass or silicone instead of rubber or PVC. It'll last longer and you can sanitize it properly.
