I'm thinking of getting this toy but I'd also like some similar ones to compare it to and I'm coming up short. By similar I mean silicone, close in size or a bit smaller, and with similar ridges. Any suggestions?

Actually the Echo is unique so I can see why you are having problems. The Echo is made from a very firm formulation of silicone. We had this toy and my wife liked it - but since we started using the softer VixSkin formulations - we don't buy anything else. She says they are just far more comfortable.

Hmm, sounds like the Goddess is the best bet. Neither of them seems obviously better for me, so this'll be tough...

Does that company carry any toys with similar ridges to the Echo? I've been wanting to try VixSkin.

The Echo is better than the Goddess, IMO. The Tsunami is better than the Echo, but it's also a bit bigger.
