Even though I've done my homework and understand that wood sex toys have a special coating to make them safe, I'm still on the fence about the material.

I've taken a try a wood-carving and made my own dildo out of wood once. It's great hobby, and I have lots of fun.

The S shape appeals to me more. I'm curious why so many go for the #317.

I don't know about the finish on the Hardwood Dildos, but anything by Nob Essence will be amazing. The finish is impenetrable and completely waterproof. I love love love the Smooth S Shape.

I have the Smooth S shape and the Fling two finger, and I absolutely love them both. I do not know why it took me so long to try wooden toys, but these two always stay by my bedside!

I have the 317 and I love it...it's the dildo I take with me on trips lightweight and great for g-spotting.

I have the Fling as well as some handmade wooden dildos from an independent artisan, and they're all great. Wood is a nice material because it's as firm as glass or steel but much much lighter and easier to thrust with.
