Haha I hadn't seen these before! No, I wouldn't. I certainly wouldn't judge anyone who used one, but it's not my style - I think elephants are amazing animals, but I'd rather see them as gentle, sexless giants Plus, there's just no way I could handle the girth of it - it would feel like my insides were being ripped out, I'm sure.
