Are expensive toys really worth it? I really like some of the more expensive pieces just because they are so pretty, but are the any better than the more affordable ones?

More expensive is generally much better quality. Materials like glass, metal and silicone last forever whereas jelly and other soft materials break down rather quickly.

I've had a few cheap toys, but once I splurged on a nice toy (Gigi was my first), I realized how much better toys can be. Now, I'm a little more discriminating about my toys.
