I don't buy skin tone, black, pink, or purple if I can avoid them. It seems like those are the only colors so many toys come in, and it's kind of boring. I find skin tones creepy, and pink and purple are just too girly for me. Black and white are just boring, but better than pink. I'll want a toy more if it's orange or lime green or yellow or glittery or otherwise unique. Blue depends on the shade, really. I already have so many red toys that I'm hesitant to buy more of them.

When your partner has you tied up and blindfolded and you're trying to explain which toy he should fetch from your bedside table, it's nice to be able to say "the red one!" (or, "anything but the red one!") without any confusion.

I look for colors that don't match the toys I already own, I like my toys to be different colors. I have mostly black toys but that is just because that is what most of the toys I like come in.

Not too fussy, so long as they aren't realistic, I just find those creepy. Bright colours are my favourite, especially when they're unusual colours for sex toys, like green or orange.

I'm the same with skin tones: they're only for realistic dildos!

I also like the look of steel. That's my other. Other than that I like lots of pinks, purples, blues, and certain greens. I have no problem with clear.

Not even a button option for yellow? Why won't anyone make me a yellow dildo?

I love the multiple colors that are possible with glass. I also like wood and metal. I like skin tone if it's realistic (but I've only got one of those.) Bold or fun colors like aqua, blue, green, yellow, sometimes but less often orange or yellow draw me in. Pink and purple I try never to choose if I have a choice, because so many things dont' have choices, so you have to take your diversity where you can. I like white a lot, and black is nice for a change of pace if it suits the dildo.
