So far I've only been able to get off with clitoral stimulation, but I definitely prefer to add G-spot stimulation into the mix. The orgasms are longer and better, and the lead-up is waaaay better; maybe I'm alone in this, but the build-up to a clitoral orgasm without G-spot stimulation is sort of boring to me. It feels good, but mostly like something I want to get through for the orgasm. With G-spot stimulation, though, the entire session is amazing, not just the orgasm itself.
