So, I had my heart absolutely set on a pink Bimini Ocean. And it's out of stock. And the Valentines coupon is going to expire. The blue is just not doing it for me for some reason, I really had my heart set on pink. Clearly I need to suck it up and choose something else - but what?!

I'd agree to just get the blue as well if that's the product you like.
If you REALLY have your heart set on pink and want to wait for it and you want to get something else now... out of all the others toys in your list it's actually hard to decide because they are all so different and varied.

Interestingly enough, the Alumina Flow is not "smallish" at all. Out of the insertable toys I listed above, the Flow is definitely the most filling. It is 1.5 inches in diameter and made of completely non-yielding metal, so it feels larger than my VixSkin Johnny (even though the Johnny is considerably larger in diameter). The Flow is one of the most pleasantly filling toys that I own.
The Tentacle Jr. is not large at all. It has a very narrow tip that very gently tapers to a larger diameter. Given the gently broadening base and the extremely soft and plushy material, I would call this toy medium-sized.
I love all the toys listed above, so I think this is a very nice selection of toys to eventually own.

tentacle Jr. looks like fun to play with, plus it's really pretty and well made (beautifully crafted silicone).
