Cincher Advice

Contributor: pootpootpoot pootpootpoot 04/30/2012

So! I'm looking for a waist cincher for wearing under a costume I'm working on, so as to accentuate my waist. I would be wearing it for extended periods of time under fitted (but not skintight) clothing. I'm not concerned about color or appearance because it won't be visible, and even a corset could work for this as long as there aren't ruffles (as those could throw off the flow of the fabric). Attached garters are fine as I can always remove them myself. I found some that I think could work, but I'd appreciate some input from people who are more experienced with these things.

To summarize: I'm looking for a corset or waist cincher to accentuate my waist when worn under clothing, with decent body-shaping ability and no big ruffles or bows that could show through.

The satin princess cinch seems like the easiest since you are wearing something over it.

I think so as well! I'm interested about why people are recommending the Garter Waist Cincher, it looks like it wouldn't cover as much.

which ever you choose i would sugest making sure it has bones. this way it will hold you in and not roll up on you. A full corset would work nice because you wont have to worry about skin pooffing out. A full one would slim you down from under the arms to your hips. I love them, i look so firm and fit wearing them. Yes no ruffles. just a plain jane one.

i tried to find the link and was unable, but the one i would wear under my clothing is all white, has steal bones, and it has not a single ruffle. perfect for under the clothes. EF carries it, ...

why can't i find that darn link.. bbs with it..
