I can totally see how it might be hot to know your partner has them on under a skirt and that you have such easy access And if I go down on a partner it's convenient that I don't have to worry about destroying their panties by pulling them out of the way - if you know how expensive lingerie is, you'll understand why the thought of doing that makes me cringe. But they aren't a specific turn on/fetish of mine, and some of the designs are ... well, let's just say "tacky" hardly covers it. So it definitely depends!
