Truth be told it depends on what I'm wearing and how I'm feeling. Plus, beauty is in the eye of the beholder. So, I'm honestly not sure how to vote. D finds me sexy in totally different things than I find myself sexy in.
In my humble opinion though, "sexy" is an attitude. I've seen women in sweats that look way hotter than a chick in a mini skirt and halter top (women of the same body shape).

Lingerie usually makes people feel sexy but if I'm wearing the right clothes, I feel sexy as well.

Lately I've felt sexiest wearing things that cover a lot and not much at all--Long leg warmers, a sweater shrug and nothing else. Knee-high boots and panties or nothing else. A thin t-shirt and panties. I don't really like to dress very sexy outside the house. I like people to look at my face when I talk to them.

My wife puts a lot of effort into 'going out' - this is where her comfort level lies. When it comes to pre-sex attire, she prefers 'native' - occasionally she does the lingerie routine for me.

My guy would say lingerie, but I am sexy in anything I wear (or I would like to think so), it all has to do with what I exude. If I feel sultry I'll look sexy, if I feel like crap I often look like crap.

It really depends on if you mean how you feel sexiest or what your partner thinks you are most sexy in? Personally I love being naked, but my partner loves the sexy lingerie:} I feel sexy in it, but sexy comes from the eyes, you don't need anything on for that:}
