My husband says you're supposed to wear your underwear on the outside of your garter belt so it's easier to take the underwear off for sex. I say under the belt because it looks better. I got a nice supply of these brand new on EBay a while ago. (And washed them well when I got them. They were stiff at first and had tags on them and IN them, so I know they were new. Plus, I use this seller for stockings and panties so I know she is trustworthy.) Eden sells crotchless panties, which I also use. But, Eden does not sell a lot of side tie panties. I wish they would. I think the Rumba Panties with bra are side tie.

It is considered the 'french style' to wear the panties over the garter belt for eaasy removal. I find it sexier but to each their own I suppose!
Huh, that's a really good point about which should go on top. I usually wear panties under the garter belt, since that just seemed more logical to me, but I never really thought about wearing it on top. I guess it depends on the situation - you can wear 'em any way you want
