I have never heard of a bra size 28B, but anyway I think the second one for sure Mesh halter babydoll set (Black / Hot pink), sheer things could actually make you look smaller.

I'm really petite and have the mesh chemise and did not care much for it. i think the halter babydoll is the cutest because it adds something to your figure while enhances your assets. Also, the style fits my style more. I'm getting it next, but think I'll avoid the rest of the stretch mesh line.

I think it's obvious we all agree on this one! If you have a small bust you definitely need to stay away from things with literally no shape or a low cut bust like that.

You should get something that is really padded and very very ruffled with a lot of details on the be breast area. This will create the illusion of a bigger bust
