The blue and black cowl neck is sloppy and gross looking (the cowl neck part anyway). I had fallen in love with it when I had seen it... but when I got the dress that was a whole other story. I actually wrote a review on the dress. I was so disappointed with it. I voted the Wild In Ibiza dress (another dress I wrote a review on) because it's really adorable. Just note that you'll need to wear pasties or a similar item because the material to the cups is really sheer and nipple outline will be an issue Good luck!

I actually wrote a review on the dress. I was so disappointed with it. I voted the Wild In Ibiza dress (another dress I wrote a review on) because it's really adorable. that's a hard one I love the Ibiza but I also really like the Off the shoulder, but I think it would mainly depend on what you want the dress for, the occasion. If it is more formal I would say the off the shoulder one for a more fun thing the Ibiza.
