I'd go with the Sex and Mischief pair. If you're a beginner then you probably only want something symbolic and not high-security. Also the suction cup pair would be limited by where you could stick them.

Out of those the Sex and Mischief. I did a (really) quick search and I think these look nice for beginner cuffs. They're Velcro so that's pretty non-intimidating. Sportsheets usually makes decent quality stuff and their Velcro holds tight.
