I think that your best bet would be to check the reviews when you're wondering something like this. I read through them for you, though, and essentially it hits both 5'7" reviewers right at the ankle - they ordered either a small or a medium. If you are larger, the review of the XL revealed that if you've got some curves to stretch the fabric out width-wise, it might work for you (the 5'3" reviewer described the length as "perfect").
