To the men who have tried the "Good Head Tingle Drops", do the drops really make it tingle? Does it feel good, or do you prefer getting oral without the drops?

My husband said he felt nothing different at all when I used the drops while giving him oral sex. It made my mouth slightly numb. No tingling whatsoever, anywhere. He has no preference for the drops being used, or not.
