According to the ingredients list, it does not have any antibacterial stuff. The ingredients are: Dimethicone, Dimethiconol, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Amyris Balsamifera Bark Oil.

Without doing a VERY intensive search on all of the ingredients I am going to lean towards no.

You do not want antibacterial compounds in the ass... it can destroy the "ecosystem" so to speak.
