1. The ingredients are almost identical:
a. Sliquid Sea: purified Water, Plant Cellulose (from Cotton), Cyamopsis (Guar Conditioners), Carrageenan, Wakame, Nori, Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid
b. Sliquid H20: Purified Water, Plant Cellulose (from Cotton), Cyamopsis (Guar Conditioners), Potassium Sorbate, Citric Acid

2. They both have the same headlines

3. Does anyone have experience with both?

The "Sea" ingredients: Carrageenan, Wakame, and Nori are what separates the two. Those three elements are supposedly beneficial for vag. health.
We've used both, and Sliquid Sea seems to last longer.
