Perhaps, if it was for a HUGE bottle of a lube I really liked. Even then, though, I don't think I would.

If it was for a good amount of a really good lube, sure. But not for anything under a 10oz bottle.

If it's a traditional 6-8oz bottle, it would have to have a special feature or selling point that made it unique among lubes...

It depends, the amount you get and type of lube as well as if it is for a special occasion or one time purchase. If its on a regular basis kinda thing, to buy it over and over.. I personally wouldn't drop that kind of money.

my fave lube costs exactly $28 and it's not a large bottle whatsoever. it's worth it though.

I have spent more than $28 on lube, but I got 3 bottles of Sliquid Organics. Completely worth it. If it was for a regular size bottle of lube, it would have to be absolutely perfect - completely body safe, long lasting, and water-based.

Hell no! I couldn't even imagine wasting money like that. I do not like lube and only use it if it's a must so there's no way I'd spend that kind of money on the stuff.
