I've heard good things about the Hotmilk, which is also in this price range. Of these though, probably the Tenga.

I voted Tenga because I've heard only good things about their products, but at the same time, it is a one-time use product so I guess it really depends on if you want to give a gift that keeps on giving, or one that he will only get one time usage out of. The one time usage products are "meh" in my opinion, but then again, it depends on what you are looking for.

I agree. The Tenga Deep Throat would actually be my last choice of this group because it's a one time use product. It just seems wasteful and mean. "Here's this great product for you to have fun with...only one time." Then after the fun is done, you are left with this useless junk of plastic that takes up space in a landfill. I'm really surprised that it is the leading item in the vote. Odd.

Unfortunately, Hotmilk is sold out. That is probably why I didn't include it in my poll. I'll keep an eye on it to see if it comes back in stock.

I'm planning a followup which will downgrade it. the problem is hat the sucker isn't tight at all, which reduces its effectiveness by about 80%.

I would go for the "deep throat cup", or the "Super Sucker(UR3)". But if you are willing to pay more I would go for the TENGA 3D.

ALSO ANOTHER CHEAPER OPTION are the Tenga Eggs, though they don't last forever.
