Blue boyshorts underwear by Male Power

I was wondering how the sizing of these compares to the sizes of your regular underwear. I know different brands have their own sizing ways and they can vary from brand to brand. I would really like these for the hubby and don't know if I should wait for his regular size to come in stock or to order a size up or down. Thanks for the help!
