I read on the materials guide that latex toys are very porous. If so, how are latex condoms able to prevent STI's?

Maybe it's different compositions of latex? Not exactly sure...

Not sure how much this will help but it is interesting and fits in. link

I am guessing that it has to do with how many times the toys are coated/dipped compared to condoms.
