Hope I'm posting this in the right place!!
I started using my smartballs today but have a few questions. My first one is they are staying in there pretty good I have been moving a lot but they are staying in place, is that normal? someone said they should move around idk?? I have been using another muscle exerciser for a few weeks so I'm hoping my muscle control is decent. They feel a little uncomfortable as well, is that typical until I get used to them? Also how long can I wear them and how long should it be before I notice any results?
