I just got these Luna Mini Beads and when I insert them all the way they heardly move and I almost lose the string inside. Should I move up to the larger size?
Am I doing this right?

The beads should be inserted almost like a tampon. They sit just above the PC muscles, at the opening of the vagina. They don't go all the way inside, they set more at the opening. I think this picture illustrates it a bit better. I hope this helps.

Even if you insert them too far, they will move down as you move around. Squeezing your vaginal muscles to keep them in is what strengthens them.
