Both, but I use different ones for each purpose. This is NOT a sleeping blindfold. This is in my opinion FOR SEX

That specific blindfold seems to be more like one that's just for playtime. That being said, I like wearing a blindfold during play times with my partner on occasion. Not all the time, though. I also sometimes wear one while I'm sleeping -- usually just when I travel, though.
