There's lots of balls out there that are fantastic. Go with quality, you will likley use them a long time. You might also consider getting a kegel exerciser that is not a ball, I found that super effective as well.

Lelo Luna Noir is a good alternative to the Lelo Luna mini.

They don't have the lighter weight but you can use one to start.
