I have the original Fun Factory Smartballs, the Teneo Uno, and the SinFive Emigi, and I do not recommend any of them, because they're not very effective in the Kegel department. Although I haven't tried the Luna mini system, I think their size is perfect and have been earning good ratings from reviewers.
